The Scent Layering Library lets you customize how your perfume wears, using interchangeable scent building blocks you can layer, adjust, and revisit over time.
Each month, you receive one 5 mL scent layer — a focused perfume component designed to be worn on its own or layered with perfumes you already own. Over time, these layers form a personal scent archive that gives you the freedom to soften, intensify, or reshape your perfumes depending on mood, season, or setting.
This is not a finished-perfume-of-the-month club.
It is a working library of scent.
The value of the Library increases as your collection grows. With each new scent layer, the number of possible combinations expands allowing you to customize how your perfumes wear day to day.

The House Base allows you to begin layering immediately, no matter when you join. It acts as a neutral, adaptable foundation and a unifying thread across the Library. The House Base is exclusive to subscribers and not sold separately.
Veils, Tops, Hearts & Bases
The Library is built around four types of layers:
- Veils – sheer, atmospheric layers that soften, brighten, or diffuse other scents
- Tops – light, directional notes that introduce freshness and lift
- Hearts – central notes that shape character and preference
- Bases – grounding accords that add depth, warmth, and longevity
How the Library works with perfumes you already own
Scent layers are intentionally restrained. They are not meant to overpower or replace finished perfumes. Instead, they allow you to:
- Soften an intense perfume by diffusing it through a Veil or Base
- Extend wear or add warmth to lighter fragrances
- Highlight specific notes (floral, citrus, resin, wood) already present in a perfume
- Adjust projection and intensity depending on mood or setting
For example, a dense or assertive perfume can be worn more quietly when layered over the House Base, or reshaped by adding a sheer Veil to introduce air, softness, or lift.
Layers can also be worn entirely on their own.
Formats & shipping
- Layers may be oil or alcohol-based, depending on what best suits the material
- International subscribers receive oil formats only
- Because these scents are made with natural and botanical materials, subtle variation between batches is expected and embraced

You can join at any time. Every subscriber begins with the House Base, then builds their collection gradually over time.
January — Citrus Resin Veil
A sheer, luminous layer that brings light into winter.
Bright citrus peel softened by gentle resins creates a veil that lifts heavier scents and refreshes the senses without sharpness. Designed to add clarity and energy while remaining calm and wearable.
Perfect for brightening woods, ambers, and winter perfumes — or worn simply over the House Base for a fresh, balanced everyday scent.
February — Soft Floral Heart
A quiet floral at the center of the collection.
This gentle floral heart adds body and warmth without becoming overpowering. Built to feel close to the skin, it introduces softness and presence while remaining adaptable and easy to layer.
Worn over the House Base, it becomes a complete, expressive perfume. Paired with January’s veil, it softens and opens beautifully.
March — Green Botanical Top
A breath of early spring.
Inspired by fresh leaves and stems rather than sharp bitterness, this green top layer brings realism and contrast. It cuts sweetness, brightens florals, and adds a living, botanical quality to blends.
Ideal for refreshing perfumes as the season shifts — or for creating light, green-forward compositions over the House Base.
April — Warm Resin Veil
A soft glow as spring settles in.
This warm resin veil adds depth and intimacy without heaviness. It smooths edges, rounds sharper notes, and brings a sense of quiet warmth that feels natural in changing weather.
Designed to soften spring florals, ground greens, and add warmth to lighter blends.
May — Amber Skin Base
A second foundation, warmer and more intimate.
This amber-toned base offers an alternate anchor to the House Base — softer, warmer, and closer to the skin. It allows you to shift how your layers wear as temperatures rise and scent feels more personal.
Use it on its own, or as a base beneath veils, hearts, and tops for a different expression.
June — Forest Heart
Depth, shade, and grounded calm.
Inspired by forest floor and cool woods, this heart layer brings earthiness and contrast to the collection. It expands the Library beyond florals and adds a grounding presence that remains breathable in warmer weather.
Paired with citrus, green, or amber layers, it creates compositions that feel natural, balanced, and quietly complex.
